Confirmed Service Customer
From the time I brought it in until I drove away it was awkward. I had a coupon sent to me from Bergstrom for a $96 oil change. I showed it to the guy and he laughed and said they only charge $94 & made me feel like i was an idiot for trying to use the coupon. The waiting area was pretty full. The service went quickly. They called me up to the counter and didn’t really say anything at first. Then Emma said valve caps were seized on & did I want them to try and get them off. No explanation to how that would impact the rotation or pressure check. I had to ask questions to which both the gentleman who did the intake and Emma acted like I was asking some crazy questions. Just wanted to know how it went. It was clear they just wanted me to pay & get out. So I did so. When I got to my vehicle I was disappointed to see the outside was washed but the inside was never even wiped down. Last time they cleaned the inside and outside. My car smelled like incredibly bad body odor. I needed to roll the windows down even. My seat was moved all the way forward (I usually have it all the way back). This was unlike the usual 5 star oil change visits I’ve had in the past. The two workers were not remotely friendly or nice & I’m doubting the quality of work that was done as it was also the fastest oil change I’ve ever had done there. Disappointed would be an understatement.
