My car was taken in when they said it would be, they found the issue and fixed it by next day. The only issue I had was they said I couldn’t get a loaner car for the 3 days my car was in the shop because they didn’t have loaners!? The shuttle for a day is great but not having a car for 3 days and having to find a way to work and home is not ideal. As a dealership they should always have an option for a loaner car.
