It was easy to make an appointment online, but I wasn’t sure if I was making a quick / express line appointment or setting a drop off. I would prefer to set a drop off - Not a quick express appointment. When I tried to call and figure this out the receptionist was very knows but the technician spoke too was short and didn’t have an answer for me. The oil change went very quick - almost too quick… did they really check everything in less than 15min…? And the process was higher than usual, $90 for an oil change? I did not feel as though I left feeling assured a great job was done, which is why I bring the car to the dealership in the first place. It seemed like it was all kids working there who didn’t really care about the customer experience.
