I wish I was informed of the length of the appointment when I scheduled. If you were running behind, reach out to me before I arrive so I can adjust the timing of my arrival. Be proactive ! Customer is King!

Great group of salesmen especially Scott S who went out of his way to make us feel like we were at home

I worked with Thomas. He was great to work with. He was patient as I was indecisive and I asked several questions. He always got back to me quickly with the answer. He made the progess smooth and easy. Everybody at Bergstrom was extremely nice and offered me coffee or soda.

Our experience with Shane Meitner was the most stress free experience my husband and I have ever had while purchasing a vehicle except our truck in 2022 which also was with Shane. Shane found the exact Blazer i wanted at a good price. We can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was with Shane other than. Thank you and we will be back and let other know how wonderful the experience was with Shane. Thank you we love our blazer.

I had brought my Traverse in yesterday for an oil change. I was astonished at how fast the turnaround time was; I barely had time to finish my cookies when the service lady let me know the car was ready! I've been a Bergstrom customer for many years because of their service and customer care. I will always go back to Bergstrom for my auto needs.

Courteous and professional staff, informed me that I needed a new engine air filter. Friendly conversations with the staff while I was waiting, and exceptional on cleanliness of waiting area. They even offered to wash my vehicle, which was very dirty due to the salty roads! Thank you, I will be back again soon!
